Our salon provides professional massage and relaxation services. We do not offer erotic massage. Any inquiries, suggestions, or allusions related to erotic services, as well as negative stereotypes about Thai massage, are unwelcome. The salon may refuse service or terminate a session without a refund if a client’s behaviour is disrespectful, harassing, inappropriate, or threatens staff safety.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. If you are up to 15 minutes late, the massage will be shortened while the price remains unchanged. More than 15 minutes’ lateness without notice is considered a no-show and the booking will be cancelled.
Bookings may be made through Treatwell, by phone, email, Facebook, or Instagram. Contact details supplied are used to administer the booking. Social media and email bookings are valid only after confirmation from the salon. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Following a no-show without notice, the salon may refuse future bookings.
If a client declines to complete the questionnaire or provide requested health information, the salon may refuse service. The salon is not responsible for consequences arising when important health information is withheld. Massage is not a medical service and does not replace a doctor’s consultation.
Respectful communication and conduct are required. Persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances will not be served. Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour is grounds for ending a session without a refund.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
Services are provided to people aged 18 and over. Minors may be served only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Photography and filming in the salon are prohibited without prior consent.
Gift vouchers are available for a specific service or monetary amount. A service voucher is valid only for the stated service. An amount voucher can be used for a chosen service, with any difference paid by the client. Validity is specified at purchase. Any person may use the voucher by presenting it before treatment. Bookings must be made in advance by phone or email. A valid voucher may be extended once for a €10 fee. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Packages may contain 5 or 10 sessions and are assigned to one primary client. The client may use the package alone or with one person named at purchase; that person cannot be changed. Packages cannot be transferred. Appointments must be booked in advance by phone or email. A missed appointment without notice is considered used. Packages are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The salon reserves the right to amend these rules.
