Regular sessions help to reduce muscle tension and give the body a feeling of lightness.
Vilnius Old Town
Traditional Thai massage is one of Thailand's oldest body practices, combining the principles of acupressure, stretching and conscious body work. In the OM Massage salon in Vilnius Old Town, this authentic technique is performed by certified Thai massage therapists.
The massage is performed on a special mattress, on the floor.
Customers are provided with loose cotton massage clothing, so there is no need to worry about additional clothing.
The massage is performed without oil.

Certified therapists from Thailand
A traditional Thai massage starts with the feet and legs, gradually moving up through the arms, back, shoulders and head. During the session, the massage therapist combines rhythmic movements, acupressure elements and deep body work - hands, forearms and knee joints are used. In some stages, deep body stretches are performed, giving the session an activity that you will not find in traditional massages with oils.

Traditional Thai massage is for those who are looking for an authentic Thai massage experience and prefer more active massage techniques. Unlike oil massages, the focus here is on the elements of pressure, stretching and acupressure. Many clients feel a pleasant feeling of lightness after the session, and it becomes easier to move.
Regular Thai massage sessions can help reduce muscle tension, give the body a sense of lightness and improve general well-being. Some clients may experience mild muscle tenderness after the session, which is a normal reaction that usually resolves within 24 hours. Most clients notice that after just one session, the quality of sleep improves and the feeling of daily fatigue decreases.

Although traditional Thai massage is suitable for most people, we recommend gentler sessions in certain cases.
Traditional Thai massage is not recommended during pregnancy. From weeks 13–14, we offer a gentle pregnancy massage adapted for this stage.
In case of acute injuries, severe pain or active inflammatory processes, we recommend choosing milder sessions.
If you have any of these medical conditions, we recommend that you consult your doctor before booking.

It depends on individual sensitivity - each client feels the session differently. Traditional Thai massage can be more intense than the usual relaxing warm oil massage. Stretching and pressure sensations are normal, but you can always ask for the pressure to be reduced during the session.
Traditional Thai massage and oil massage offer different experiences. Thai massage is performed without oil, wearing special massage clothing, combining elements of pressure and stretching. The session is more active, so it is often chosen by people who want more lightness in the body, better flexibility and deeper work with tension. Oil massage is performed on a massage table using warm oil. It has a slower pace and is more focused on deep relaxation and rest.
No special clothing is required. We provide comfortable massage clothing for the session, so you can come dressed as you are comfortable.
Yes, but we recommend avoiding heavy food 1–2 hours before the session. A light snack usually does not cause discomfort.
Frequency depends on individual needs and well-being. In most cases, it is recommended to start with a course of several sessions, and then repeat the massage regularly - about once a week or every two weeks.
